The house parties, the galas, work dinners, lunches with girlfriends and concerts! So many fun events to look forward to. If you don’t have enough parties on your calendar - create some of your own: make a date to go out with friends, have friends over for a fancy dinner or a potluck, meet at your place for appetizers before the concert, or have family over for soup and carols! Yes, it does take some work and effort, but anything worthwhile, does! Maybe create a supper club with a few friends and rotate the hosting or have some girlfriends over for brunch. The ideas are endless! Since Covid, I have often heard the lament, “Oh I love that, but can’t buy it - I have no where to wear it”. I always say, “Well, create an event, dress up and enjoy some friendship!” Anyone can pick up the phone and make a reservation!

What ever you do this season, enjoy a celebration! Create an event and you will be surprised how much energy it gives you. After all, in spite of all the problems out there, we still have so much to celebrate: family, friends, freedom, beautiful creation and the true Reason for the Season!
